Develop Northern League

Proposal: development of the Northern League.

It is a great feat to have conquered the Northern League and I show my gratitude to those brave souls who have risked their lives fighting against the evil barbarians. Now that the Northern League is conquered, we have much work to do. Because of the many years of war and turmoil ravaging the Northern League much have been destroyed.

Now it is our job to rebuild it and make it part of oureverlasting empire. Thus I make this proposal
to develop the lands of Noricum, Pannonia, Western Rhaetia, and Eastern Rhaetia.

First, because the newly conquered territories are surrounded by hungry barbarians, proper defence
would be required if we were to hold them. I propose the construction of one fortress in each of these three provinces: Noricum, Pannonia, and Western Rhaetia.

Second, I propose the construction of a iron mine in each of these provinces:Noricum, Western Rhaetia, and Eastern Rhaetia.

Cost: each fortress cost 10 million c so 3x4 million c = 12 million c each iron mine cost 75600x3=226,800 c

Total cost for fortresses: 36million c
Total cost for iron mines: 680,400 c

Pros: adds to the defense of these new lands and improves the production of the region.

Cons: NIL
